- Applications gathering and analysis in electronic form, as well as searching, filtering, sorting, comparing, etc. The activities can be performed by multiple users at the same time, which significantly speeds up the application processing.
- Planning and scheduling applicant testing and interviewing.
- Sending circular notifications to the applicants, as well as keeping records of the communications (email, SMS, telephone and written communication)
- Keeping records of the results achieved by the applicants on the tests and interviews. Each applicant has a designated Profile page where notes are taken about the results they achieve. Also, in a clear layout, the page also displays all the data the applicant submitted during the application.
- Analyzing and generating reports about all the activities conducted during personnel selection process (number of applicants, their structure, vacancy announcement results...).

- Automatic applicant search: You can create an ideal applicant profile for a position by defining necessary and desirable conditions. After that, the system will automatically search the entire application database and rank the applicants.
- Internet testing (online): By combining the Recruitment module and Survey module, it is possible to test the selected applicants or gather the additional information from them over the Internet.

Location
Omega HR Office modules are hosted on reliable Rackspace servers based in US. More information on physical and operations security provided by Rackspace can be found here.
Encryption
To further raise security level all the data (regarding applicants, client recruitment activities and so on) is stored in encrypted form.
Also, communication among users (administrators, moderators, guests) and Omega HR Office is protected by SSL protocol and the certificates that are used are signed by an authorized certification body.
